I further agree that I am assuming all risks and Resort Adventure Centers, LLC, Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Resorts, its employees and agents, assume no responsibility or liability for death, personal injury, property damage, loss or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever which may be incurred during the course of, or arising from my use of the premises, equipment or services provided.
All tours are subject to availability and do not include transportation costs. You will receive a confirmation notice of your confirmed activity selections by email. If requested agents can send confirmation via phone call or fax back form.
You can change any Resort Adventure Center tour or activity 24 hours or more before the activity or tour begins except for Golf which is a 48 hour mandatory notice. Changes will be made without a fee or penalty. All Changes are subject to availability.
Certain tours and excursions operate on minimum and/or maximum numbers of participants. For this reason, there is a 24-48 hour notice of cancellation policy for refund privileges.
“No shows” or failure to cancel a tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the tour or activity upon reason. With that said – please plan accordingly to arrive early enough for the excursion you booked.
In the event you call to cancel an activity within the appropriate time frame and Resort Adventure Center is unable to reschedule, you will be receive an immediate (in 48 hours or less) 100% refund to your credit card.
Notification of a cancellation by you must be received by Resort Adventure Center, 24 business hours before the activity or tour is to begin (48 hours for Golfing), via:
